The phone they send me the paperwork with it said it was A RE Repaired phone and not a new one as promised. SECOND THIS CONTRACTOR WAS TOLD BY MY FATHER-IN-LAW THAT HE WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE ION MY PROPERTY.

Important Note: Call times are billed in one-minute increments. What is the problem. We've created these shortcuts and apps to try to help customers like you and ourselves. HIs name is Josh, his manager is Jerry Harrison. Been OVER a month since this started. We have 4 GoPhone lines, and it only seems to be happening to 2 of them, but it has happened 2 months in a row. They charged me 99 dollars and kept me on the phone 3 hours.

I FORGOT YOUR TO BIG TO FAIL. Now, I have to contact them again about this monstrous bill. You have great offers for new customers and sure after 2 years I can get a great deal and a really cool phone for a resonable price also.

ATT Prepaid Customer Service Phone Number - Each time, I am assured that this has been noted and will never happen again… then I try to check my email later and am directed to the ATT home page- my Internet access has been blocked until the incorrect balance is paid! So now I have 3 bills since Jan.

I would appreciate a email contact for support for my att go phone. This past Saturday I couldn't get customer service to understand my issue. Because of some system glitch my account is being tampered with without my permission. My text msg pkg was deleted when it should of been renewed. Resulting on lost text msgs and being charged for some. I need more help than normal customer phone service. I'm sorry to hear your messaging package was disabled. We would be happy to look into this for you, so please click to send us a private message. In your message, please provide your name, phone number, email address, and the best time to reach you. You can expect a reply within two business days, so keep an eye on the little blue envelope icon in the top right corner of your screen. In the meantime, feel free to message me with any other questions or concerns. My messaging package suddenly stopped auto-renewing and I lost all my rollover messages. The person on chat support seemed to indicate this was a known problem and somewhat widespread. When I called customer care I could not make the rep understand the issue. It's very frustrating that the rep was so unhelpful with what sounds like a known issue. Yes, it is or should be a known issue with the GoPhone feature plan auto-renewals. It's been several years since it happened to me, and I am not using a GoPhone plan any longer, but I'm sorry to hear that it's still an issue. I lost several hundred messages when it happened to me - CS did restore 100 messages at that time. Needless to say that's ridiculous and defeats the purpose of having an auto-renewal, so I just started setting a reminder on my phone and went back to the old-fashioned manual renewal. It's disappointing to hear they still haven't gotten the issues with the system resolved after all this time. CLB206 wrote: The same thing happened to me. Thank goodness I can see it's not just me! We have 4 GoPhone lines, and it only seems to be happening to 2 of them, but it has happened 2 months in a row. We lost a couple thousand rollover texts last month, and at least 1. I also agree that the website would not allow me to add a message plan or select auto-renew when I tried a month ago, but it did allow me to click the button for auto-renew yesterday when I tired for the second line. When I called a month ago, the agents more than one of them did reluctantly admit after some time that it was a known problem, but the agent to whom I spoke yesterday accused me of doing lots of things incorrectly. I had verified to the best of my ability at the time that auto-renew was set, and the system malfunctioned again. Definitely not my wrongdoing. Of note, the website still clearly states that this text planand auto-renew is available for my Go Phone plan not apparently a change to Terms. This has been incredibly frustrating to say the least. The repeated removal of texts and failure to operate the system as advertised equates to theft of my time and money. I hope ATT is monitoring complaints and will address this correctly soon.
